What Partners Provide

Regional Recruiting

Partners recruit within defined geographic markets — sourcing from local trade networks, apprenticeship programs, and peer referral channels rather than anonymous job boards.

Credential Verification

Partners verify worker credentials against the Coalition's L1–L3 tier framework, confirming trade experience, safety records, and peer endorsements before deployment.

Rapid Deployment

Partners maintain a pre-staged, credentialed field force ready to mobilize on short timelines — whether for a planned project ramp or an unplanned surge event.

Coalition Standards

Every staffing partner in the Coalition operates under a shared set of non-negotiable standards.

Workers Never Pay

Tradespeople are never charged a fee to join the Coalition, access job opportunities, or be placed on a project. Employer partners fund the platform.

Peer-Endorsed Credential Tiers

Partners place workers into the Coalition's three-tier credential framework — L1 Field Trainee, L2 Field Technician, and L3 Field Lead — based on verified experience and peer endorsement, not self-reported claims.

Applicant Identity Protection

Every applicant who receives an offer is invited to the Coalition's free identity-protection trial. Partners never request fees, Social Security numbers, or bank details before an offer.

Experienced technicians with verified data center project history and prior commissioning experience.
